Personal Injury Case Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help manage personal injury cases from start to finish while keeping communication clear between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies. You will play an important role in keeping cases organized, moving forward efficiently, and making sure clients feel supported throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases, including intake, investigation, and ongoing case updates
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and answer questions with care and professionalism
  • Organize and review documents such as medical records, accident reports, and insurance correspondence
  • Assist with legal research and support case strategy when needed
  • Help draft basic legal documents and communicate with insurance companies
  • Keep case files organized, track deadlines, and ensure timely submissions
  • Support attorneys with scheduling, data entry, proofreading, and general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in a legal support role, preferably in personal injury
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple cases
  • Excellent communication skills and client interaction
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software is a plus
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document review
  • Strong attention to detail and clear writing skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish and/or Armenian) preferred
  • Pay is based on Experience
