Who We’re Looking For

An experienced, bilingual FLUENT (Spanish-English) personal injury case manager who can independently manage files from intake through settlement without hand-holding. This role requires strong organization, some basic medical knowledge (we will train more on this), and the ability to communicate confidently with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters. We will of course train on how we do things at our office that may differ from your prior experience a a case manager.

Core Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full pre-litigation caseload, including intake and retainer packages
• Work with our medical coordinator to ensure clients are getting their treatment
• Prepare thorough, persuasive demand packages (we will train on demand letter writing.)
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters
• Assist with settlement disbursements
• Maintain strict case timelines and internal systems
• Speak to clients with patience, understanding, and tolerance, realizing that they are going through a tough time in their lives

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• At least 2 years of personal injury case management experience (with references)
• Fluent Spanish (speaking and writing)
• Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and injury documentation
• Ability to manage multiple files independently and efficiently
• Two professional references
