Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Our Firm is looking for an EXPERIENCED Intaker to handle a variety of Personal Injury leads.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Speak with potential clients to gather initial case information and qualify the case based on facts of the incident.
• Signing up potential clients via E-Signature (Docusign, Casepeer)
• Must be able to determine viability of potential cases
• Follow up with potential cases/leads including scheduling follow up calls
• Update the firm’s database in a timely manner
• Open to working some weekends and after work hours.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• MUST speak Spanish
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of individuals.
• Active listening skills.
• Excellent interpersonal social skills.
• Ability to exhibit compassion, empathy, and professionalism when communicating with potential and current clients.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
