Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Specialist to join our growing personal injury team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience handling client intake in a fast-paced legal environment. This role is key to ensuring a positive first impression for new clients and supporting our legal team with accurate case information.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the intake process for new clients, including collecting and organizing required information and documentation
• Gather relevant case details such as accident circumstances, injuries, involved parties, and insurance information
• Clearly explain the legal process and the firm’s services to prospective clients
• Collaborate with attorneys to evaluate potential cases and determine whether the firm can provide representation
• Make recommendations regarding case acceptance or referral placement
• Maintain accurate and organized client files using CRM software
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism throughout all client interactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience in legal intake, personal injury, or a related field strongly preferred
• Proficiency in data entry and basic legal documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish fluency required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Leadership skills and initiative to improve processes
• Experience with Salesforce and Adobe a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift (Day and Evening availability required)
• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends or holidays as needed
