Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

We are looking to add a Personal Injury attorney to our team. The position will entail handling a docket of personal injury cases, a percentage of which will require trial.

The attorney will handle every aspect of each case, from filing suit, through discovery, to mediation, and trial. In return we are offering a position that includes a base salary, monthly performance bonuses, trial bonuses, growth potential, 401k and health benefits.

Base salary is $50,000.00/year plus commission on each case. With a guaranteed combined salary of $100,000 the first year. We are looking for candidates with litigation experience who are looking to further their careers and add more first chair jury trial experience.

The position is paired with a paralegal and a legal assistant.
