We’re currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager who’s ready to bring their skills, heart, and hustle to a firm that’s breaking the mold. What You’ll Do Under Attorney Supervision:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Coordinate treatment plans, monitor medical progress, and collect records/bills
• Prepare settlement demands and assist with negotiation strategy
• Support attorneys with case preparation, file updates, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Track case progress, meet internal KPIs, and exceed client expectations—every time

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience (7+ years strongly preferred)
• You’re a self-starter, problem-solver, and detail master
• You care about your clients and want to help them win
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and want to grow with a mission-driven firm
• You’re goal-oriented, coachable, and bring an “A-player” mindset to everything you do
• Excellent communication skills—both with clients and within a team
