Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense) and be bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written). This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and the confidence to work directly under the supervision of an attorney.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support on personal injury cases from intake to resolution
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Organize and manage high-volume case files efficiently
• Coordinate with attorneys and team members to ensure timely case progress
• Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense)
• At least 1 year of hands-on paralegal experience with additional legal background
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Legal Case Management Software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and self-motivated with a high attention to detail
• Must be able to work directly under the supervision of a lawyer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
