Personal Injury Paralegal

Well established Sarasota plaintiff's firm seeks to add an experienced personal injury paralegal with minimal 2 years’ experience as personal injury paralegal/legal assistant in a law firm. This is not a remote position.

Duties:

Case management; Create demand letters, pleadings and prepare settlement documents; Request medical records/Prepare timelines; Manage client communications in answering or directing inquiries; Communicating and obtaining information; following-up on delegated assignments.

Skills/Qualifications:

Minimal two years experience as a personal injury paralegal / legal assistant.

Experience processing personal injury cases from start to completion, including preparation of demands, pleadings and trial preparations.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
