Personal Injury Paralegal

We are a 4-attorney, 15-employee law firm located in the historic district of downtown Columbia with a practice focused on workers' compensation and personal injury.

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced paralegal to assist with litigation/personal injury cases. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to manage a large caseload and have prior experience handling personal injury cases and injured clients. Candidates should also have the capability and understanding to anticipate, prioritize, and execute tasks to help meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

· 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience (Plaintiff side)

· Excellent typing skills and general computer literacy

· Experience with large litigation cases

· Proficiency with CM/ECF filing (federal and state)

· Ability to work closely with our attorneys and team members

· Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills

· Experience with a case management system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
