Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring efficient case progression and client communication. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong legal research, document management, and administrative skills to contribute to impactful litigation efforts in a professional environment.

Duties

  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence related to personal injury law.
  • Put demand packets together.
  • Manage case files and documents utilizing document management systems and case management software such as Filevine.
  • Review and analyze medical records, accident reports, and other evidence pertinent to personal injury claims.
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, medical providers, and insurance companies through effective communication and phone etiquette.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems to ensure timely document retrieval and compliance with deadlines.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, transcription, and managing calendars for case deadlines.

Experience

  • Prior paralegal experience in personal injury law is required; experience with related areas such as workers' compensation law is a plus.
  • Familiarity with legal administrative experience including document review, case management, and legal drafting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced law office environment.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is Preferred.
  • Paralegal studies or college education is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,929.97 - $60,130.71 per year
