We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Worker. In this vital role, you will support attorney by managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution. Your expertise will help streamline case processes, ensure accurate documentation, and facilitate effective communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. Duties

• Assist attorney with case intake and preparation related to personal injury claims
• Review and organize medical records, accident reports, and other evidence to build strong cases
• Remain in contact with clients, witnesses, medical providers, and insurance representatives to gather pertinent information
• Maintain accurate data entry and filing of all case-related documents while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Proven paralegal experience with a focus on personal injury law
• Familiarity with legal administrative experience and document review procedures
• Proficiency in legal drafting, proofreading, transcription, and contract review
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Exceptional interviewing skills combined with professional phone etiquette and client communication abilities
• Ability to support litigation processes through detailed document management and legal case coordination
• Fluency in Spanish a must

Position is as an independent contractor paid with 1099.

Pay: $35.00 per hour
