About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Litigation Adjuster to join our Claims Litigation team. In this role, you will manage an inventory of PIP claims, focusing on production, accuracy, and high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in auto injury claims, and able to make sound decisions based on investigation and policy interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review all assigned PIP and bodily injury claims daily.
• Analyzing PIP claim files referred to litigation to determine potential exposures.
• Identify cases appropriate for settlement and negotiate settlement agreements.
• Develop strategic, cost-effective plans for claim resolution.
• Secure dismissals when appropriate.
• Maintain strong production levels and uphold company quality standards.

Our Adjuster should possess the following:

• Minimum of 4 years of PIP claims adjusting experience in the auto insurance industry.
• Full understanding of auto claims investigations and claims processing.
• Knowledge of auto damage, bodily injury mechanics, medical terminology, insurance case law, and settlement negotiations.
• Valid 520/620 Adjuster License required.
• Prior experience interpreting policy language and relevant state statutes.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound coverage and liability decisions based on facts and investigative findings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely detail oriented, self-motivated and disciplined.
• Bilingual ( preferred ).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
