Personal Injury Trial Attorney

We are a well established and aggressively growing plaintiff side personal injury law firm seeking a Personal Injury Trial Attorney with aproven track record of success in jury trials. This is not an entry level role, and general litigators, criminal lawyers, or insurance defense attorneys without direct plaintiff personal injury trial experience will not be considered.

Our ideal candidate is trial tested, highly strategic, and able to work independently in preparing cases from intake through verdict.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of active trial experience in plaintiff side personal injury litigation
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Extensive deposition, motion practice, expert witness, and courtroom experience
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and personal injury law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
