Job Overview:
The Personal Lease Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing process for individual customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from initial inquiry to contract finalization and vehicle delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and engage new individual lease clients.

Effectively manage inquiries from all types of leads and maximize conversions into business opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

Prepare and present leasing proposals tailored to client needs.

Negotiate lease terms and close deals in line with company policies.

Collaborate with internal departments (fleet, finance, maintenance, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of service.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales documentation and contracts.

Provide support and address client inquiries or issues.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Participate in promotional events or campaigns to boost lease sales.

Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.
Key Accountabilities:

Achieve monthly and annual lease sales targets.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive and personalized service.

Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential and active lease clients.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in contract preparation and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of leased vehicles.

Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.

Uphold brand standards and represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).

Valid driver’s license.

Previous experience in automotive or luxury sales (preferred).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage high-end clientele.

Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities.

Minimum 2+ Years experience as RSA in any rent a car company.

Strong sales performance history is essential.
