Role Overview: We are seeking a highly intelligent, educated, and resourceful Personal Manager to organize and manage the personal and professional affairs of the Principal. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can work independently, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Task Management: Handle daily personal errands, scheduling, and to-do lists efficiently.

Logistics & Travel: Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and transportation within Gujrat and other cities.

Vendor Management: Oversee household maintenance, manage domestic staff, and deal with external vendors/contractors.

Correspondence: Manage emails, phone calls, and draft professional communications in English and Urdu.

Financial Handling: Manage petty cash, pay bills, and maintain expense records.

On-Site Presence: Be physically present at the Principal’s residence/office in Gujrat to handle immediate requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. Background in Business Administration or Management is a plus.

Sharp & Proactive: Ability to think on your feet and solve problems before they become issues.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written command of English and Urdu.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using smartphones, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and MS Office (Excel/Word).

Trustworthiness: High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Mobility: Must have own transportation (Bike/Car) and valid driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
