We are seeking a smart, confident, and proactive Personal Manager to support our Director in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of working under pressure, independently handling tasks, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and the Director.
  • Collect, compile, and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Director.
  • Stay updated on ongoing operations and proactively identify issues or areas requiring attention.
  • Manage the Director’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Maintain and update itineraries, calendars, and follow-up trackers.
  • Arrange local and international travel, including hotel bookings, tickets, and logistics.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and communication materials.
  • Serve as an all-round support professional who can take ownership and think independently.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by anticipating needs and providing timely assistance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
