Are you an organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented professional looking to support a fast‑paced executive role? We’re searching for a Personal Secretary who can bring efficiency, clarity, and structure to daily operations.

Manage calendars, appointments, M.O.Ms etc

Handle correspondence, calls, and Emails etc

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day‑to‑day workflow

Assist all professional tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:::

Excellent verbal and written Communication skills

Strong skills in Personal Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Administrative Assistance

Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Professional attitude and a high level of discretion

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a similar field is preferred
