Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management/executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, trustworthy, able to multitask effectively, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain filing systems and records
- Assist with personal errands and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments professionally
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
