Personal Secretary to GM – Civil Construction

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to support the General Manager of our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a civil construction background or strong understanding of construction processes, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to manage schedules, correspondence, and project documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
  • Handle calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Maintain confidential files and records
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics as required
  • Assist with project-related documentation and reporting
  • Support the GM in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant
  • Background or exposure to civil construction projects is preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • UAE/GCC experience preferred
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Available for immediate joining
