What You ll Do

* Grow and manage a portfolio of VIP customers through targeted outreach and exceptional service
* Meet monthly recruitment and retention goals for new and returning clients
* Identify client needs and provide tailored product recommendations across fashion categories
* Achieve personal and team sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive styling
* Stay ahead of inventory availability and product launches in coordination with Buying and Merchandising teams
* Act as the first point of contact for top-tier clients, assisting with personalized requests and follow-ups
* Support the customer care team in resolving issues specific to VIP clients
* Implement creative networking and referral strategies to expand your client base
* Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences to improve stock planning and digital merchandising

Ideal Profile

* Diploma or bachelor s degree in fashion, retail, or related field
* 3 5 years of experience in luxury retail, including 3+ years in a personal shopper or stylist role
* Proven black book of loyal, high-value clients
* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong eye for fashion, trends, and personalized styling
* Passion for delivering tailored, high-touch customer experiences
* Goal-oriented mindset with strong personal sales achievements
