Personal Shopping Assistant
, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Personal Shopping team, ensuring every client interaction is seamless, considered, and delivered to the highest standards.
Working closely with Personal Shoppers and the VIP Client Manager, you will contribute to creating exceptional experiences for our VIP clients—strengthening relationships, driving loyalty, and elevating the Maison journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering an exceptional VIP client experience

Coordinating and managing Personal Shopping appointments to ensure a seamless end-to-end journey

Supporting Personal Shoppers during client appointments, ensuring all preparations are executed flawlessly

Building and nurturing relationships with VIP clients, delivering a personalised and attentive service

Communicating with clients via phone and email on behalf of the Personal Shopping team, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups
Driving operational excellence behind the scenes

Preparing merchandise, styling selections, and materials ahead of appointments in line with Maison standards

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information across internal systems and tracking tools

Coordinating product transfers, reservations, alterations, and special client requests
Ensuring seamless fulfilment and service

Partnering closely with Logistics to ensure timely delivery of VIP client orders

Managing returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring a smooth and elevated client experience

Proactively resolving client queries and escalating where required
Enabling a proactive, insight-led approach

Supporting daily reporting (VIP insights, birthdays, flagged clients, follow-ups, escalations)

Keeping the team informed on client preferences, requests, and upcoming opportunities

Identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience through client insights
What We’re Looking For

2–4 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service, ideally within a luxury environment

A strong client-first mindset with the ability to build meaningful relationships

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Proactive and solution-oriented, with a natural sense of ownership

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting

Fluent in English and Arabic
