Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Alpha Fit EMS located in New Cairo. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting clients, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, handling administrative duties, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in phone etiquette and receptionist duties.
• Strong clerical skills and ability to manage administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to create a positive and professional experience for clients.
• Experience in a fitness or wellness environment is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
