Personal Trainer

A personal trainer is needed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals in the city of Jizan. The ideal candidate must have a passion for health and fitness, as well as excellent communication and motivational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized workout plans for clients based on their goals and abilities
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for various exercises
- Provide guidance and support to clients during workouts to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, research, and techniques

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or a related field
- Previous experience working with clients of different ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels
- Excellent communication skills in order to effectively motivate and educate clients
- Understanding of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition principles
- Physical ability to demonstrate exercises and assist with equipment if needed

Working hours:
This is a full-time job with flexible working hours that may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on client availability.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Preferred Nationality:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, Indians are preferred due to their expertise in the field of health and fitness.

Required Education:
A degree or certification in personal training or a related field is required.

Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English is not required for this position.
