Personal Trainer - Fitness Specialist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team at our fitness center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness plans and training sessions for our clients, while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized fitness plans for clients based on their individual goals, needs, and abilities
• Conduct one-on-one training sessions with clients to ensure they are performing exercises correctly and safely
• Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support
• Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to complement their training program
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their fitness plans as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workout area for client sessions
• Continuously educate yourself on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and equipment

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer with at least 1 year of experience in the field
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
• Passionate about health and fitness with a strong understanding of exercise science principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Must be comfortable working with diverse populations including women of all ages
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with clients from different cultural backgrounds
• Knowledge of Arabic language
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East
• Familiarity with different types of fitness equipment
