Personal Trainer - Fitness Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Personal Trainer to join our growing team in El Ain. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs for clients, providing guidance and support, and ensuring their safety during workouts. This is a full time job with a salary of $1,100 per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and create individualized workout plans based on client goals, abilities, and medical history
• Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage
• Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
• Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits including nutrition, stress management, and proper recovery methods
• Ensure the safety of clients by closely monitoring for any potential injuries or risks during workouts
• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

Requirements

• Relevant certification in personal training or fitness coaching (e.g. NASM, ACE, ISSA)
• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a personal trainer or fitness coach
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
• Ability to create effective workout plans for individuals of all fitness levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Strong motivation and passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
