PERSONEL ASSISTANT TO CEO

Role: Personal Assistant

Department: CEO Office

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the CEO and successfully carrying out all personal assistant duties and responsibilities,
  • Preparing professional presentations and reports,
  • Filing and archiving all correspondence and documentation in an organized
  • Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence,
  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and providing reminders,
  • Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in a related field,
  • Minimum of 7–8 years of proven experience as an Executive and Personal Assistant to senior-level management,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English,
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Strong ability to prioritize and organize daily workload effectively,
  • Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
  • Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn, and open to taking on new challenges,
  • A team player who is result-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills,
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills,
  • Flexible with working hours,
  • Maintains confidentiality and exercises a high level of discretion.
