CEO Office Manager

Istanbul, Turkey

Currently seeking for a CEO Office Manager position for our Istanbul based Company.


Responsibilities:

  • Full support to CEO & COO management office
  • Day-to-day operations of top management office
  • Facilitating communication between management and direct reports
  • Preparing & editing correspondence, financial & other reports and presentations
  • Organizing all international & domestic meetings, phone calls,
  • Consolidating the information or analyzes requested by the CEO from the relevant departments,
  • Representing the company's values and corporate approach,
  • Participating in the meetings held by the CEO &COO and sharing the meeting notes,
  • Preparing the reports of the projects followed by the CEO, making the analyzes and sharing them with the relevant people,
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Helping decision making process of the top management by providing detailed business valuation/strategic road map and long term key success factors with a strategic point of view.
  • Taking an active part in the project from scratch until its implementation by evaluating opportunities according to the company's growth strategies, identifying and investigating possible growth areas
  • To stand as a trustful strategic advisor of the top management, , deliver on the promise of change with a strategic point of view and embrace the power of change to create 360° value for the company
  • Foster a culture of strategic thinking and ensure strategic alignment across the Division.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Manages the process for projects RFQ and inquiries.
  • Taking part in new business development Projects.
  • Distributing the assignments to team members and managing the team’s workload.
  • Coordinating the workload of the team based on annual and monthly work plan.
  • Collaboration regarding structure and execution on initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, developing final recommendations and commercial roadmaps.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication skills, positive and proactive attitude
  • Detail oriented, organized and structured
  • Self-confident, energetic
  • Team player, able to build positive and cooperative work relationships with all stakeholders
  • High degree of confidentiality, business ethics, integrity and responsibility
  • Proven experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Investment Banking, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in using Strategic Planning software and tools
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and good teamwork abilities
  • Experienced in stress management
  • Completed military service for male candidates
