Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personnel and Payroll Specialist, located in Abbasyia. The Personnel and Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately handling payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, maintaining employee records, and supporting personnel management processes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing payroll reports, managing benefits and deductions, updating employee data, and addressing payroll-related inquiries professionally and efficiently.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in payroll processing and personnel management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
  • Excellent data analysis, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage sensitive employee information with confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in personnel and payroll functions is highly advantageous
