Your Role:


We’re looking for a motivated Personnel Intern to join our team and contribute directly to keeping our HR operations running seamlessly. In this role, you’ll gain firsthand experience in the core administrative functions that support our people, ensuring we comply with local labor laws and maintain a positive experience for all employees.

In this role, you’ll:


  • Own administrative HR processes. You’ll be responsible for managing employee leave balances (annual, sick, etc.) in compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
  • Maintain data integrity. You’ll ensure all employee information is accurate on our HR systems and help maintain comprehensive and organized personnel files, including attendance records, contracts, and IDs.
  • Support the employee lifecycle. You’ll assist with preparing, filing, and updating all key documentation, including employment contracts, renewals, amendments, and materials for onboarding and offboarding.


Must-Haves


  • Educational Foundation. You have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
  • Tech Proficiency. You have proven experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong Communicator. You have a good command of the English language.


Nice-to-Haves


  • Specialized Knowledge. You have an HR Diploma or a relevant certification.
  • Digital Fluency. You are familiar with Google workspace.
