Personnel Specialist

Personnel Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is ready to join immediately.

Location: El-Sheikh Zayed – 6th of October

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in personnel and HR operations

- Field/outdoor HR experience, including handling personnel matters on-site, visiting work locations, and dealing with staff across multiple outdoor sites

- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and social insurance procedures

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficiency in Excel is required

- Previous experience with outsourcing or manpower companies is a plus

- Immediate availability preferred
