This position reports to the Labor Relations, Safety, and Training Division in the Department of Solid Waste Management. The incumbent will be responsible for administrative functions, including, but not limited to, coordinating training, logistics, and activities of the training section; program scheduling; ensuring the successful setup and delivery of training classes within the facility; data collection; and reporting. The ability to work outside standard business hours, when necessary for operational needs or urgent project deadlines, is essential in this role. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to effectively engage and speak to large groups, will also be vital to success in this position.
