What You’ll Do

• Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties
• Deliver high-quality pest control treatments safely and professionally
• Educate customers on pest activity, prevention, and long-term solutions
• Identify additional services that may benefit the customer (and explain them clearly - no pressure, no gimmicks)
• Grow your route by earning trust and delivering consistent service
• Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable educating customers and making recommendations
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with self-generated sales
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift equipment, climb, bend, and work outdoors
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends
