Pest Control Supervisor

Job Summary:

A Pest Control Supervisor oversees a team of pest control technicians, ensuring efficient and effective pest control operations. This role involves planning, scheduling, training, and quality control to maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
• Train new technicians.
• Assign tasks and schedules to ensure efficient workload distribution.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Operational Planning:
• Develop and implement effective pest control strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed service schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels of chemicals and equipment.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments and address concerns.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Review service reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions for the team.
• Maintain accurate records of chemical usage and disposal.
• Financial Management:
• Monitor and control operational costs.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on expenses and revenue.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of pest control techniques and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including software for scheduling and reporting.
• Valid driver's license.
