Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor ISO 9001 QMS (Quality Management System) within pest control operations.
- Conduct internal quality audits and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all equipment, chemicals, and services meet quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies in line with local (UAE) and international regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
- Monitor safe use of pesticides and chemicals according to MSDS and legal guidelines.
- Ensure use of PPE by all field staff; conduct regular toolbox talks and training.
- Lead incident/accident investigations and report findings.
- Monitor compliance with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System).
- Ensure environmentally responsible disposal of chemicals and waste.
- Promote eco-friendly pest control solutions where possible.
- Stay updated with UAE laws and municipality guidelines (e.g., Dubai Municipality Pest Control Regulations).
- Ensure company licenses, certifications, and training records are up-to-date.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure all inspections are passed.
- Conduct QHSE training programs for new and existing employees.
- Raise awareness of health, safety, and environmental policies throughout the organization.
- Maintain QHSE records, including inspection checklists, audit reports, safety drills, and training logs.
- Prepare monthly and annual QHSE performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably in pest control or facilities management.
- Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, ISO 9001/14001/45001 Internal Auditor (preferred).
- Knowledge of UAE health & safety regulations and pest control standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QHSE management software.
