Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior HSE Officer to oversee daily safety operations and ensure compliance across all project activities. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact on HSE matters and support the enforcement of safety standards and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
• Report and document safety incidents and near-misses.
• Provide regular HSE training and toolbox talks.
• Assist in the development and enforcement of safety procedures.
• Maintain HSE logs, permits, and inspection records.
• Coordinate emergency drills and support emergency preparedness.
• Provide guidance to junior HSE staff and site supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC or relevant HSE certifications.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in an HSE role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and best practices.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
