Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer with ADNOC approval to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies across Oil & Gas project sites. The role requires strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, risk management, site inspection, and incident investigation procedures in accordance with UAE HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain HSE Management System (HSE-MS) as per ADNOC and international standards.
• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions.
• Perform daily site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Codes of Practice (CoP) and other legal requirements.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports (near-miss, unsafe acts/conditions), and recommend preventive measures.
• Support PTW (Permit to Work) system and ensure proper implementation and closure.
• Participate in HSE audits, risk assessments (JSA/JHA), and emergency response drills.
• Liaise with ADNOC HSE representatives and attend client safety meetings.
• Maintain and update HSE records, documentation, and reports.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among site personnel.

Requirements:

• ADNOC Approval as HSE Officer (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH or equivalent HSE certifications.
• Familiar with ADNOC HSE procedures and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and international HSE regulations.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
