Job Title: QHSE Manager

Job Summary:
The QHSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company policies to promote a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible workplace. The QHSE Manager leads risk management initiatives, conducts audits, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver QHSE training programs to employees at all levels to promote awareness and adherence to standards.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with management to integrate QHSE objectives into operational plans and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
  • Manage emergency preparedness and response plans, ensuring readiness for all contingencies.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and external auditors regarding QHSE compliance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting safe practices, quality excellence, and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a QHSE Manager or in a similar health, safety, and quality management role.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and local regulations.
  • Excellent risk assessment, problem-solving, and incident investigation skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QHSE management software.
  • Ability to influence and promote a culture of safety and compliance across all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
