Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager with a strong background in construction quality management, specifically in high-rise towers and villa projects. The candidate will lead the QA/QC team, ensure compliance with project standards, and maintain the highest quality throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee QA/QC policies and procedures across all projects.
• Lead quality inspections, audits, and monitoring activities for high-rise towers and villas.
• Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records according to company and client standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Train and mentor QA/QC team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager in contracting, with high-rise towers and villas.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems preferred
