We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to join our team and ensure compliance with international standards and accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System as per ISO/IEC 17020 (ENAS/EIAC) requirements and ACTVET training approval standards.

Ensure accreditation compliance and coordinate with accreditation bodies during audits and assessments.

Establish, review, and update Method Statements (MS), Risk Assessments (RA), and SOPs for inspection activities in coordination with the technical team.

Conduct internal audits, management reviews, and ensure timely closure of nonconformities.

Develop and maintain quality manuals, documented procedures, and control systems for QMS documentation.

Monitor impartiality, independence, and confidentiality of inspection activities.

Provide quality-related training and awareness programs to staff.

Prepare, review, and maintain quality KPIs, reports, and records.

Lead investigations into customer complaints, non-conformances, corrective & preventive actions.

Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies on quality matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

Experience working with ENAS/EIAC and ACTVET accreditation requirements is highly desirable.

1–4 years of relevant experience in inspection, testing, or quality management.

Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17020:2012 requirements.

Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Familiarity with relevant international codes and inspection standards.

Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
