Pest control Supervisor

Title: Pest Control Supervisor

Experience: 3-5 years in a pest control company, preferably with practical experience in:

• Hospitals
• Factories
• Food industries
• Restaurants
• Warehouses
• Commercial kitchens
• Housing facilities and compounds

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Zoology, or a related field
• Knowledge in Entomology is a plus
• Understanding of HACCP implementation and protocols
• Experience in staff training, monthly reporting, and documentation
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Supervise pest control operations, ensuring effective and safe treatment of pests
• Implement HACCP protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential pest control issues
• Identify and apply suitable chemicals for treatment and elimination of pests
• Train staff on pest control procedures and best practices
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Attend emergencies and respond promptly to pest control issues
• Must have a driving license
