Pest Control Supervisor

As a Pest Control Supervisor, you will oversee a team of technicians, manage daily operations on-site, and ensure all treatments comply with Dubai Municipality regulations. You will serve as the technical expert and the primary point of contact for client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the daily schedules of 5–10 pest control technicians.
• Technical Oversight: Perform site inspections, identify infestations, and determine the most effective treatment plans.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations, chemicals used, and documentation strictly adhere to Dubai Municipality (DM) standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site audits to ensure the quality of work meets company and client expectations.
• Training: Mentor junior staff on safe chemical handling, equipment maintenance, and new pest control technologies.
• Client Relations: Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally, providing technical advice and follow-up reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the pest control industry.
• Certification: Must hold a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Supervisor Certification.
• Driving License: A valid UAE Manual/Automatic Driving License is mandatory.
• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM), chemical safety, and excellent leadership abilities.
