Division Manager - Pest Control

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Pest Control Division Manager to lead and oversee our Pest Control Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring full compliance with UAE municipality regulations, supervising service teams, conducting site inspections, and delivering high-quality pest control services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Pest Control Division, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of all operational and strategic activities.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance service quality, compliance, and profitability.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee pest control services for commercial, residential, and industrial clients in line with business objectives.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and assessments to identify pest infestations and recommend effective treatment solutions.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE Municipality regulations, health & safety standards, and approved chemical usage.
• Prepare, review, and approve quotations, proposals, method statements, risk assessments, and service documentation.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate pest control technicians, supervisors, and team leaders to ensure high performance and skill development.
• Monitor and control pest control equipment, chemical inventory, certifications, and proper storage practices.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical advice, service recommendations, and follow-up action plans.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, service expansion, and operational efficiency.
• Support business development initiatives, including tender preparation, pricing strategies, and technical submissions.
• Analyze performance data and prepare periodic operational, compliance, and management reports, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Biology, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in pest control operations within the Gulf Region / Middle East, including leadership and team management.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Valid UAE Municipality Pest Control Supervisor / Engineer License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles, approved chemicals, and application methods.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting site inspections and preparing technical and compliance reports.
• Strong capability in preparing quotations, proposals, and operational documentation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Hindi language skills are an advantage.
