Pest Control Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train pest control technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Technical Expertise: Conduct complex site inspections, identify pests (insects, rodents, birds), and determine effective treatment plans.
• Operations Management: Manage inventory of chemicals and equipment, ensuring all tools are functional and used correctly.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all services comply with local, state, and environmental regulations to guarantee customer safety.

Required Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid state-issued Pest Control License (e.g., Structural Pest Control) is typically required.
• Experience: Proven experience as a pest control technician with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge: Expertise in entomology, pest identification, and modern, environmentally safe treatment methods.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
