Pet Care Specialist

Schedule

Our company operates 7am–9pm, 365 days per year.

We are currently hiring for:

  • Morning shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Weekend shifts

Holiday availability is required

Typical shifts range from 1–4 hours depending on client demand and routing

Team members set their availability and receive visits scheduled within those availability blocks.

Responsibilities

As a pet care professional, you will:

  • Visit client homes to walk, feed, and care for pets
  • Follow detailed care instructions for each pet
  • Safely handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments
  • Write detailed visit reports including photos after each appointment
  • Navigate efficiently between appointments using GPS
  • Communicate professionally with clients and management
  • Maintain professionalism and respect while working inside client homes
  • Manage your schedule responsibly and arrive on time to each appointment

This is an independent position, so strong time management and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Be 25 years or older for bonding & insurance requirements
  • Live in or adjacent to our service area
  • Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Have a newer model smartphone with reliable data access
  • Be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Be comfortable handling dogs of various sizes
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Be punctual and dependable
  • Have strong written and verbal English communication
  • Be able to commit to at least one year

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 30.0 per week
