THE OPPORTUNITY

Shady Waggers is a boutique pet care business. We are looking for a reliable, kind, and responsible individual to help us care for our clients' pets in West University and Montrose. This is a part-time role that starts small and grows as we do. It is perfect for students or those with a flexible schedule who live nearby.

• The Problem Solver: You can think on your feet. If a key doesn't work or a dog is acting shy, you figure out a safe solution.
• The Local: You must live within a 10-20 minute drive of zip code 77005 (West U). We want this to be a convenient, easy commute for you.
• The Professional: You are 100% responsible. You show up when you say you will, and you never "half-ass" the care of an animal.
• The Communicator: You enjoy sending a quick, friendly update and a photo to pet parents after your visit.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Must be comfortable working independently.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to follow the specific instructions found in our application form.
