We’re searching for a responsible, caring, and trustworthy pet sitters to provide loving care for our clients' furry family while they're away.

Location: Sarasota, FL

Hours: Flexible, as needed

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

✅ Feeding, walking, and playing with pets ✅ Providing companionship and comfort ✅ Administering medication (if needed) ✅ Light cleanup ✅ Regular updates and photos for pet owners

Requirements:

Previous pet care experience preferred Reliable transportation Genuine love for animals Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Walk dogs in various weather conditions, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Manage multiple dog walking/pet sitting appointments efficiently and punctually.
• Provide basic training commands during walks to reinforce good behavior.
• Maintain clear communication with pet owners regarding their pet's behavior and health.
• Ensure all dogs are properly leashed and restrained during walks.
• Clean up after pets and maintain a tidy environment in public spaces.
• Monitor the health and well-being of each pet, reporting any concerns to the owner.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to build rapport with pet owners.

• Experience as a veterinary technician or veterinary assistant is a plus
• Familiarity with pet sitting and dog training practices is beneficial.
• Ability to control large dogs
• Proficient in use of cell phone apps
