Pet Sitter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and caring Pet Sitter to join our team. As a Pet Sitter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to pets while their owners are away. This is a great opportunity for animal lovers who enjoy spending time with pets and ensuring their well-being.

Looking for someone who can work weekdays and weekends-morning, and afternoon!

Responsibilities:-

-Driving to and from clients homes
- Provide daily care and companionship for pets, including feeding, walking, and playing
- Administer medications or treatments as directed by pet owners or veterinarians
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for pets, including cleaning up after them
- Monitor pets for any signs of illness or distress and report any concerns to the owner or veterinarian
- Follow specific instructions provided by pet owners regarding feeding schedules, exercise routines, and any other special requirements
- Provide basic grooming services such as brushing, bathing, and nail trimming
- Handle dogs of various sizes and breeds with confidence and care
- Ensure that all pets are properly restrained during walks or outings
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners and addressing any questions or concerns

Requirements:

-Up to date cell phone for communication and photos for clients

-Previous or current experience in pet care, Veterinary or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of pet behavior, health, and nutrition
- Ability to handle various types of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and small mammals
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with pet owners
- Basic knowledge or certification of animal first aid and CPR is a plus- Maintain Pet Care insurance
- Reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed
