Pet Sitter-Live in Client Home - Overnights

Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and compassionate individual to join our team as a professional overnight and or live-in client home pet sitter. As a member of the Doggie Latchkey team, you will be responsible for providing care and companionship to our clients' pets, ensuring their well-being and happiness while their owners are away. This is a rewarding opportunity for animal lovers who enjoy spending time with pets and making a positive impact in their lives.

This is a 1099 contractor position, allowing potential candidates to take pet sitting assignments around other work and family obligations and to work as much or as little as they choose. We are a detail-orientated company and our pet sitters must follow company policies and procedures as part of the pet sitting assignment to ensure the safety of our clients' pets.

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care for pets, including feeding, affection and exercising
- Administer medications or treatments as instructed by pet owners or veterinarians
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the animals
- Monitor pets' behavior and health, reporting any concerns to the owner or supervisor
- Engage in playtime and provide companionship to alleviate separation anxiety
- Follow specific instructions provided by pet owners regarding feeding schedules, exercise routines, and any special needs
- Handle various types of animals with care and respect, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and small mammals
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and follow specific guidelines set by the client as well as by the company

Pay is per assignment and varies with each job, but will always be clearly defined before you accept an assignment.

Doggie Latchkey specializes in Overnight services. This is an excellent opportunity for our pet sitters to earn money while they sleep!

It is also very attractive if you can work remote form the client home!

The basic Doggie Latchkey Overnight stay in a client home is 7pm to 7 am.

Overnight Plus 1 - includes a 7 pm to 7 am stay plus a midday visit.

The sitter can travel back to the client home for the midday or use the client's home as their main base and minimize travel making it easier to accept work outside your immediate area.

Overnight Plus 2 - includes the basic overnight and two visits. Sitter can use the client home as their base for the duration of the reservation or travel back for the two visits.

VIP Live in - full live-in the client's home as your base 4.0 hours of personal time each day for meals, errands, etc.

Overnight / VIP live-in pay rate starts at $50 and ranges as high as $85 plus $15 for the meet and greet.

Most of our drop-in visits are short in duration, between 20-60 minutes.
