Job Title: Petroleum Transport Driver

Location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama — Local/regional routes

Pay: $75k - $100k Annually | Full-time

Schedule: Sunday - Saturday

About the Role We're hiring an experienced driver to haul gasoline, diesel, and other petroleum products to our network of retail fuel stations across Alabama. Local and regional routes — you'll be home every night. Safety-first operation, well-maintained equipment, and consistent freight.

What You'll Do Safely load, transport, and deliver gasoline, diesel, and kerosene to retail fuel sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT/FMCSA regulations Complete delivery tickets, BOLs, and fuel reconciliation paperwork accurately Monitor product levels during loading/unloading; follow spill prevention procedures Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, EPA, and state regulations at all times Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly

Requirements

CDL-A or CDL-B

Hazmat endorsement (H) — includes TSA fingerprint background check

Tanker endorsement (N) — written knowledge test

TWIC card — TSA security threat assessment, valid 5 years

DOT medical card — physical exam

Clean driving record

Pre-employment drug screen

Note on endorsements: Your CDL will show an "X" endorsement (combined Hazmat + Tanker) — this is what petroleum hauling requires. ───

Bonus Points

2+ years petroleum/fuel delivery experience

Familiarity with Veeder-Root or other electronic delivery systems (TMS/ELD)

API 1004 certification (fuel handling safety)

Prior experience with multi-compartment trailers
