PG & Helium Sales Representative

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

In this role, you will be responsible for developing Sales & Profitability for a number of accounts.
Main Accountabilities
1.Identify and support customer needs by conducting thorough needs assessments with clients to gain insights into their specific requirements and objectives.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that align with client needs and meet enterprise objectives.
3. Conduct contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support long-term partnerships.
4. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.
5. Oversee account as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

Differentiating Criteria
Team Management: May be coaching other colleagues.
Scope: Portfolio value : 3-10 m€
Decision Making / Activity:
  • Manages key accounts, maintains long-term relationships with accounts, and maximizes sales opportunities
  • Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Are you a MATCH?

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
2. 5+ years of commercial experience

3. Valid divers license.

4. W illing to be outside / Field visits for 70-80% of the time
